Reward points

For every 10 dollars spent you get 1 point. Each point gives you $0.50 discount on your next purchase. This corresponds to an additional 5% discount on purchases you've made previously. You can use your points when you accumulate a minimum of 200 points (corresponding to a minimum discount of $ 100).

Note: Discount only applicable on purchase of one item (1 item) with a value higher than $ 450 or more (before taxes).

What are the sequence of events when an order is placed online?

- We send you an email to confirm your order and indicate the shipping date.

 - When we ship your order, we send you an email with that includes a tracking number that lets you know where your order is and its delivery date.

 - Upon receiving your order, if you have an issue, send us a detailed email with details and we will get you in touch with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How much will be the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is free for orders over $99, otherwise $10.50 across Canada (exception Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and some Indian reserves,. For these exceptions or other countries send an email to AudioW3 for information.

How does the after sale service work?

You have to contact us to obtain an authorization before returning a product for after sale services.

If the unit is under warranty, you send us the unit, we proceed with an exchange (or a repair according to the brand and model) if purchased within 30 days and returned with all original packaging and accessories (including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product, without physical damage), otherwise we will repair it.

If the unit is not under warranty, you must pay in advance a minimum charge to cover the cost of shipping and estimation. You send us the unit and we will send you an estimation for the repair. If you agree, we proceed with the repair and we will return the unit. If you disagree we don’t proceed with the repair and we will return the unit.

Shipping charges for the return are the customer's responsibility
